Crêpes

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of flour per crepe
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Milk (about 250ml)
  • A filling of your choice

Optional: add rum or vanilla extract for sweet crêpes

Method

  1. Mix the eggs and a bit of the milk
  2. Sift the flour and mix it in
  3. Oil the pan for each crêpe and add the batter one by one.
  4. After one or two minutes flip the crêpe, wait 30 seconds and then it's done.
  5. Eat with Nutella sinon c'est moins français!
