York held off a late Lancaster onslaught to secure a 3-2 victory. The home side were made to regret two missed penalty flicks that would have changed the course of the game.

York took advantage and took a three goal lead. However, Blakely and Cropper scored late on for Lancaster to ensure a tense final few minutes.
