Netball delivers mixed results for Lancaster

Despite a strong first quarter for the Lancaster Third Netball team, the York team proved extremely strong and clinched an early victory with 42-34.

Lancaster Seconds were a far stronger team but the match was dominated by York's god-like Goal Scorer who failed to miss a single shot all game, with York taking victory 42-26.

The Firsts had a far better success, however, scoring 5 goals in the first 5 minutes and cruising to an easy victory with strong performances from Hinz in Goal Defence and a powerful goal scoring team in Higgins (Captain) and Riddlestone.

Final score 51-27 to Lancaster.
