Spicy pepperoni pasta
Serves 2
Ingredients:
Dry Pasta
Mushrooms (handful, chopped)
Peppers (any colour, 2 sliced)
Onion (chopped)
Pepperoni (as much as you like)
1 tin of Chopped Tomatoes
Dried Herbs
Method:
- Boil the pasta
- Brown the onions then add mushrooms and peppers
- Cook the chopped tomatoes for the sauce and allow to simmer for 5-10 minutes
- Season with salt and pepper and dried herbs
- Add the vegetables and stir well
- Add chilli powder to make it spicy to your taste
- Slice the pepperoni and add to the pan
- Allow to simmer before draining the pasta and combining it with the sauce
- Stir well and serve piping hot
