York cruise to victory in Women's Lacrosse

Lancaster started well but couldn't stop the onslaught from York who scored three in the first five minutes.

The home team tied to fight back with Laura Boyle playing well, but at the end of te first quarter it was 5-2. It was the start of an endless attack for York, who scored again and again. Lancaster couldn't get it out of their own half and despite the referees having difficulty keeping score the game finished 17-3 to York.
